In 1964, our 1939 Ordination Class had our 25th Silver Jubilee Anniversary reunion. We stayed at a convent of Sisters and offered Mass there the next morning. Fr. Murray Allen was supposed to offer the Mass. He asked me to take his place, so I offered the Mass. There was no concelebration. We had lunch at the convent. Eighteen out of thirty-three members of our ordination class were present. I am the only survivor now.
